Abstract
Interconnection Construction Service Agreement (ICSA) entered into among PJM, South Boston Energy, LLC, and Virginia Electric and Power Company. 1 PJM states that the ICSA facilitates the interconnection of the 47.4 MW South Boston Energy Facility located in Halifax County, VA to the PJM transmission system. PJM also explains that the ICSA is being submitted for filing because it supports the South Boston Interim Interconnection Service Agreement and, therefore, this usage does not fully conform to the ICSA as set forth in Attachment P of the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff. Pursuant to the authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation- East, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittal is accepted for filing, effective November 28, 2011, as requested. The filing was noticed on December 28, 2011, with comments, interventions and protests due on or before January 18, 2012. Pursuant to Rule 214 (18 C.F.R. § 385.214 (2011)), to the extent that any timely filed motions to intervene and any motions to intervene out-of-time were filed before the issuance date of this order, such interventions Tariff. 1
