The major emphasis of this Obama Administration initiative is post-secondary access and degree completion. Saving is almost always one part of paying for college. It is noteworthy and wise that improved College Savings (529) Plans are part of the President’s vision and agenda. This brief on savings and educational attainment has been prepared by the College Saving Initiative as a resource on the potential of 529 College Savings Plans
