Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

ATCO Pipelines began its commitment to report greenhouse gas emissions in 1999 when the company was first formed. Since then, an annual update has been submitted showing our commitment to reducing greenhouse gases. This year we proudly present our fifth submission to the Voluntary Challenge and Registry. A significant portion of ATCO Pipeline’s environmental goals continue to be the use of best practices and implementing technological change to reduce greenhouse gases. As a result, the annual Action Plan Update for the Voluntary Challenge and Registry Program remains an integral part of our greenhouse gas management strategy. We believe that managing greenhouse gases is beneficial in both environmental and economic aspects. Environmentally, we will be reducing the amount of greenhouse gases entering the atmosphere, and economically, we are increasing the efficiency of our facilities. We expect consumer demands for natural gas will continue to increase, and along with these demands, our

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
