Third ALARM International Course
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Kosovo to complete the third and final SOGC ALARM International Course, conducted with seven local instructors, a project which has spanned the past three years. Dr. Pauls began working on this project in collaboration with CPHA (Canadian Public Health Association) and local obstetricians from Pristina, Kosovo with a focus to align perinatal health care with International Standards of Practice. In order to achieve this, the first course (June 2003) provided opportunities for local obstetricians to attend the course and advance further to become instructors. The second course (November 2003) provided the opportunity for some of the in-structors to teach in collaboration with the Canadian team. The final course (May 2004) enabled the initial group of Kosovar ALARM Course Instructors to mentor fellow Kos-ovar obstetricians with the teaching and implementation of the course. During the past three years, SOGC has not only pro-vided education in terms of implementing the ALARM Course, but has also provided support in establish-ing the Kosovo Obstetrical Gynecology As-sociation (KOGA), which will now assume a leadership role in disseminating the ALARM Course throughout Kosovo. I first became involved with the SOGC

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
