Abstract
This application was made on or after January 1, 2007 and is subject to the new provisions of the Planning Act and the City of Toronto Act, 2006. This application requests an Official Plan and Zoning Amendment, in order to permit a 5-storey office/commercial building fronting on Lake Shore Boulevard West, an 88-unit, 8-storey residential building in the centre block of the property and a 408-unit, 36-storey residential tower with ground floor retail.
