Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

At Jerome, Arizona, mafic volcanics, felsic volcanics, and tuffaceous sedimentary rocks comparable to many Archcan sequences in the Canadian Shield are folded into a north-east trending dome. The northern half of the dome is flexed sharply northwest and its eastern limb is thrust west and upward more than 3,000 feet. Proterozoic quartz por-phyry dikes and bodies of irregular shape and gabbro sheets were eraplaced in volcanic rocks and postdate part of the folding. $ulfides occur in the quartz porphyry and vol-canic rocks and in the U.V.X. mine, along a thrust fault, which ends the eastern exten-sion of gabbro and quartz porphyry sheets on the hanging-wall and the footwall sides, re-spectively, of the United Verde massive sulfide deposit. The relative ages and associa-tions of sulfides, gabbro, and quartz porphyry are interpreted to imply derivation from a common magmatic source.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
