(a) Form 10-Q shall be used for current reports under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, filed pursuant to Rule 13a-11 or Rule 15d-11. (b) A report on this form shall be filed within 45 days after the close of each fiscal quarter relating to events occurring during that quarter. The report relative to events occurring during the fourth fiscal quarter may omit Part II- Condensed Financial Information. (c) In addition to the reports required to be filed on this form pursuant to (b) above, a current report limited to the information required to be furnished by Item 2, including the related exhibit called for by Clause 1 of Part IV- Exhibits herein, shall be filed within 10 days after the occurrence of an event specified by item 2. B. Application of General Rules and Regulations (a) The General Rules and Regulations under the Act contain certain general requirements which are applicable to reports on any form. These general requirements should be carefully read and observed in the preparation and filing of reports on this form.
