Abstract
1. Membership to the Community Construction Liaison Committee (CCLC) is open to any interested individual or representative. Toronto Community Housing requests that interested parties RSVP to meeting invitations or inform TCHC of their intent to participate so that adequate space can be reserved for the meeting. 2. Toronto Community Housing will extend direct invitations to community/ratepayer groups who are neighbours of construction. 3. Meeting summaries will be circulated within two weeks of meeting. 4. Meetings will take place 3-4 times annually, subject to review based on construction timing. 5. Interim emails will be circulated to participants if there are significant changes to construction timing/mitigation plans. Addition to Terms of Reference requested by the Committee: 6. PowerPoint presentations will be circulated in PDF format to the committee following the meeting and/or posted on Toronto Community Housing’s website
