Volume 50 2008 CANADIAN BIOSYSTEMS ENGINEERING 3.1 Safe storage guidelines for rye
Bibliographic record
Abstract
guidelines for rye. Canadian Biosystems Engineering/Le génie des biosystèmes au Canada 50: 3.1-3.8. Safe storage guidelines for grains at different moisture contents and storage temperatures are essential to know how long seed can be held without deterioration. Rye samples with 10.0, 12.5, 15.0, and 17.5 % moisture content (wet basis) were stored at 10, 20, 30, and 40oC for 16 weeks. Germination, moisture content, visible and invisible microflora, and free fatty acid (FFA) values were monitored periodically. Germination rate decreased significantly with increase in moisture content, temperature, and storage period (α=0.05). Moisture content of the samples stored at 10oC increased with time, whereas that of samples stored at 30 and 40oC decreased. Visible mold appeared in all the 17.5 % moisture samples and in all the samples stored at 40oC. Penicillium spp. and Aspergillus glaucus group were the predominant fungi in almost all samples throughout the study. Fat Acidity Value (FAV) increased with

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
