Abstract
The English Montreal School Board is committed to upholding the democratic principles of equality, fairness, impartiality and transparency. It establishes rules for the conduct of meetings based on parliamentary procedures that guarantee majority rule while protecting the right of minority dissent within a context of mutual respect and civility.
