Abstract
Questions Should patients with newly diagnosed brain tumours re-ceive prophylactic anticonvulsants to reduce seizure risk? What is the best practice for patients with brain tumours who are taking anticonvulsant medications but who have never had a seizure? Perspectives Patients with primary or metastatic brain tumours who have never had a seizure still have a 20 % risk of ex-periencing a seizure over the course of their disease. Because considerable practice variation exists in re-gard to the management of patients with brain tumours who have never had a seizure, and because conflict-ing evidence has been reported, the Neuro-oncology Disease Site Group (DSG) of Cancer Care Ontario’s Program in Evidence-based Care felt that a system-atic review of the evidence was warranted. Outcomes Outcomes of interest were incidence of seizures and adverse effects of prophylactic anticonvulsant therapy.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
