Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Fourth year Occupational Therapy students at the University of Western Ontario are required to set up and run a group in the community. This paper describes one such group — a pre-retirement group in a large business organization. In describing the process of approaching the facility and setting up the group, this paper illustrates that Occupational Therapists can develop a position for themselves in the community. While this experience demonstrates that the community can be approached, it is necessary for Occupational Therapists to practice discretion in determining whether or not their offered services are unique. One of the requirements of all Fourth Year Occupational Therapy students at the University of Western Ontario is to conduct a weekly group in some community facility for six weeks. This exercise is meant to provide pairs of students with experience as group leaders. Each pair is responsible for seeking out and co-ordinating needs of facilities with ideas for groups and then establishing

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
