Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

• Finalize the draft ToR Bill Wilbur reviewed the draft terms of reference. There was a request that wording in the Business Practices section regarding how the IMO deals with advice of the Intertie TSC be changed and that a market participant be chosen to chair the meetings. General discussion of the terms of reference ensued including the role of the Intertie TSC. Chair agreed to change wording and develop new wording prior to the end of the meeting. Chair advised that the Intertie TSC is part of the IMO’s consultation process and that a change of who chairs the meetings needs to be raised outside of the Intertie TSC. Suggested that Al Findlay be contacted in this regard. Agenda Item #2: Boundary Entity Resource Consolidation Plan Bill Wilbur made the presentation, which summarised a plan to reduce the number and simplify the use of Boundary Entity Resources, which is to be implemented December 10, 2003. 1 Intertie Trading Sub-Committee of the IMO

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
