Abstract
Recommendation: THAT the Public Works Committee does hereby provide direction to staff in response to the letter dated June 4, 2015 from Burnside & Associates Limited on behalf of the Township of Tiny regarding the evaluation of options for the management of septage and holding tank waste generated within the Township. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS a) All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Recreation Presentation – Item was referred to Staff for further information re. By-Laws established in other municipalities and related costs, including insurance premiums – PW-February 11, 2015, PW-April 22, 2015. Recommendation: THAT the Public Works Committee does hereby receive the supplemental Staff Report pertaining to the request for seasonal road use by the Central Ontario All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Club for information; AND FURTHER THAT it recommends to Council to implement an ATV by-law on a trial basis, the timing of which, be subject to confirmation from the adjacent municipalities that an ATV linkage will be permitted within their jurisdiction to facilitate connection between Wasaga Beach and the existing ATV forest trails within their jurisdiction;
