Abstract
I am pleased to submit the European Community’s “Plan of Action ” to phase-out domestic use of chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) salbutamol metered-dose inhalers (MDIs), as specified in paragraph 4 of Montreal Protocol Decision XV/5. Decision XV/5 stipulates that this Plan of Action must be submitted in time for consideration by the Parties at the 25th meeting of the Open-ended Working Group in July 2005.
