Abstract
Intervir em Ergonomia é o objetivo deste livro. Ele vai orientá-lo a acompanhar os atores de uma empresa em um processo de melhoria do trabalho, visando preservar a saúde das pessoas ao mesmo tempo que otimiza a produção. A obra apresenta uma visão moderna da intervenção ergonômica. Propõe, inicialmente, um modelo da pessoa em atividade, assim como um modelo de intervenção, e explica, de maneira clara, os grandes conceitos subjacentes à intervenção ergonômica. A seguir, são descritas as grandes etapas a serem realizadas, desde a análise da demanda até o acompanhamento das transformações. O livro inclui uma reflexão sobre a prática e oferece aos leitores ferramentas concretas. A Intervenção em Ergonomia é o reflexo da prática de pesquisadores e profissionais de Quebec e da experiência de quase 30 anos de pesquisa-ação, cujo desenvolvimento foi grandemente favorecido pelo apoio do Instituto de Pesquisa Robert-Sauvé em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (IRSST). Inspirado no discurso dos profissionais, o livro destina-se principalmente a professores e estudantes de Ergonomia para apoiar a sua formação em intervenção ergonômica. A Intervenção em Ergonomia interessa também a todos os ergonomistas, novatos ou experientes, bem como aos diversos profissionais envolvidos na saúde e segurança do trabalho. Sua leitura será também útil a todos aqueles que pretendam compreender melhor o que é uma intervenção ergonômica, sejam eles atores do ambiente de trabalho, sejam profissionais das disciplinas afins que têm de interagir com ergonomistas.
