Abstract
Нещодавня криза субстандартного кредитування змусила уряди ввести у банківську систему вимоги до ліквідності. Держави мають на меті зробити фінансові установи більш відповідальними за свою діяльність: у майбутньому від них вимагатимуть наявності достатнього капіталу, щоб покрити хоча б частину витрат. Це і є принципами реформи Базель III. Базель III враховує, з одного боку, більш ефективні способи оцінки та обмеження ризиків ліквідності, з якими стикаються фінансові установи, а з іншого боку, дає змогу краще розуміти ризики ліквідності на ринку. Канадське регулювання уже використовує Базель III. Мета даного дослідження – впровадження цієї реформи у Європі. Автори намагаються довести, що нові умови Базель III впливають на наслідки кризи. Дані запропоновані на основі банківських установ, що характеризується як етичні банки, які вже використовують критерії угоди Базель III, не втрачаючи при цьому прибутковості.
