Abstract
Title: H16385 Blueprint v3 — The Asymmetry of Endurance Authors: Beckingham, Allan Christopher – Independent Researcher, Quispamsis NB, Canada; VEF/CGD Project Consortium Beckingham, Zen – VEF/CGD Project Consortium Beckingham, Jarvis – VEF/CGD Project Consortium License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0)Date: 2025-11-04Version: 3.0 Abstract / Summary The H16385 Blueprint v3 defines a governed, testable framework for human-system solvency and regenerative practice. It integrates measurable physiological and behavioral inputs—the Telomere Stability Score (TSS), heart-rate variability, sleep, and stress indices—with an ethical decision rule known as the Coherence Accuracy Index (CAI).Together they form a weekly feedback loop that quantifies coherence, sets uncertainty-bounded guard-bands, and guides rest / forgiveness versus performance decisions. The document couples biological metrics with a psychological self-regulation protocol (the Forgiveness Model) and an auditable governance layer (TruthCore + Ω-Lock).The framework is intentionally asymmetrical (“limit + 1”): it privileges compassion and recovery over self-punitive perfection while retaining scientific falsifiability. This release includes: full text of H16385 Blueprint v3 — The Asymmetry of Endurance normalized TruthCore v3 JSON schema (scores bounded 0–1) references to the companion audio anchors FORGE_BAND_COMMUNION_WEAVE_v4_STRONG_FORM.wav Harmonic_Resonance_Signal_v4_UNIVERSAL_HUM_LOOPABLE.wav and the open-source Repro Pack (scripts, CSV datasets, container / CI pipeline) for independent replication. All mathematical quantities are dimensionless; “heuristic energy units” are symbolic budget tokens, not physical energies. The Blueprint is licensed under CC BY-4.0 and may be used, studied, or extended in any research or wellness context with attribution. Methods and Data Availability Weekly inputs:(i) telomere assays (qPCR or flow-FISH, 6–12 mo cadence),(ii) wearable-derived sleep / HRV / activity metrics and a nutrition / medication diary,(iii) short psychometrics and monthly AM/PM cortisol ratios,(iv) the two audio anchors used for sleep-cycle coherence. The complete open Repro Pack (48 kHz / 24-bit audio, Python analysis scripts, governance templates) is provided in a companion deposit. Funding / Acknowledgments Self-funded independent research. Developed within the VEF ( Virtual Ego Framework ) / CGD (Coherence Geometrodynamics ) Project for public domain release. Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
