Cet article identifie les indicateurs de performance extra-financière liée à la RSE dans le contexte des entreprises minières de la Guinée. Cette identification est essentielle pour l’évaluer et piloter la performance extra-financière des entreprises minières. Nous adoptons une posture épistémologique constructiviste avec un mode de raisonnement abductif en nous inscrivant dans une approche de co-construction des indicateurs basée sur la consultation des parties prenantes. Une première sélection d’indicateurs est effectuée sur la base de la littérature empirique et le référentiel de la Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) dédié au secteur minier. Les indicateurs retenus à l’issus de cette première sélection sont soumis à une étude empirique à l’aide de la méthode Delphi avec 32 participants, toutes les parties prenantes d’entreprises minières en Guinée telles que les employés, les membres d’ONG, les universitaires, les citoyens des zones minières et les autorités de régulation. Les données sont recueillies par le biais d’un lien Kobocollect et traitées avec le logiciel Excel et SPSS. La démarche adoptée a permis d’identifier 24 indicateurs de la performance extra-financière lié à la RSE (8 indicateurs économiques, 9 indicateurs sociaux et 7 indicateurs environnementaux) dans le contexte du secteur minier de la Guinée.
