Abstract
Au chapitre 1, le modèle de la chaîne inhomogène de spin de type XX est introduit puis résolu à l'aide de polynômes orthogonaux. Le chapitre 2 présente les éléments essentiels à l'analyse de systèmes ouverts quantiques. L'équation gouvernant la dynamique du modèle précédemment introduit lorsque couplé à ses extrémités à deux bains thermiques bosoniques est dérivée. Au chapitre 3, le flux de spin et le flux thermique sont examinés pour ce modèle. À l'aide de fonctions spéciales qui diagonalisent l'hamiltonien, une expression de forme fermée est trouvée ces courants. Pour des petites différences de température entre les deux bains, il est montré que briser la symétrie miroir de la chaîne diminue drastiquement la conduction thermique et la conduction de spin. Des liens avec le transfert parfait d'état sont discutées.
