Abstract
Abstract This white paper defines the theoretical and operational framework of the Sovereign Order of Enigmatic Republics (SOER): A non-geographic ideological republic built on liberty, recursive ethical governance, and digital sovereignty. SOER directly counters the rising "Control-as-a-Service (CaaS)" dystopia that reduces individuals to leased identities in corporatized digital economies. Grounded in Enlightenment principles and extended through entropy-aware systems and recursive law, SOER offers a resilient, adaptive, and ethically-anchored governance architecture for the digital age.
