Introduction : Les comportements liés aux habitudes de vie influencent fortement la santé et contribuent aux maladies chroniques. Ils s’ancrent tôt, sont interreliés, et leur prise en charge demeure limitée, notamment par le manque d’outils adaptés pour les parents et les cliniciens. Les outils numériques, remplis avant la consultation, présentent un potentiel pour améliorer le dépistage, mais sont peu exploités en pédiatrie. L’intégration des sciences comportementales et la participation des parties prenantes renforcent leur efficacité. Objectifs : Ce mémoire présente un projet visant à co-développer, avec des parents et des cliniciens, un outil pertinent pour soutenir la promotion des saines habitudes de vie en pédiatrie. Méthodologie : L’étude qualitative s’est déroulée au GMF-U Saint-Hubert et s’appuie sur des groupes de discussion semi-dirigés dans une démarche de co-création. Trois séances ont été menées avec huit participants (trois cliniciens et cinq parents). Les discussions ont été enregistrées, transcrites, puis analysées de manière inductive et déductive. Les retours ont permis d’ajuster le contenu et le format de l’outil. Résultats : Six thèmes ont émergé : potentiel de l’outil, défis d’implantation, engagement, limites perçues, rétroactions et valeur clinique. L’outil a été ajusté par la personnalisation, la contextualisation des recommandations et l’intégration des sciences comportementales, soulignant l’importance d’une co-conception centrée sur les besoins cliniques et familiaux. Conclusion : Le co-développement a permis d’adapter l’outil aux réalités du terrain. Les résultats justifient une étude de faisabilité et ouvrent la voie à des approches innovantes en promotion de la santé pédiatrique.
