Dérives néolibérales dans <i>Wollstonecraft</i> , de Sarah Berthiaume

Abstract
Cet article interroge les enjeux de la production, de la reproduction et de la création qui se dessinent dans la pièce Wollstonecraft de la dramaturge québécoise Sarah Berthiaume et les rapports qui s’esquissent entre eux en ce qui les lie à la notion de travail. Dans une analyse dramaturgique qui s’appuie, entre autres, sur les théories critiques du néolibéralisme, sur la sociologie du travail créateur et sur une méthodologie de la lecture féministe du texte dramatique, cette étude propose les réflexions suivantes : quelles dynamiques entre les personnages se développent suivant le rapport que chacun·e entretient face à son travail et quel discours tient-il·elle au sujet de celui des autres ? Comment chacun·e vit-il·elle la création artistique ou la phase créative de son travail et comment celle-ci influence-t-elle les rapports avec les autres personnages ? Au terme de la trajectoire analytique, l’objectif de l’article sera d’éclairer la manière dont la dramaturgie de Berthiaume brosse un portrait critique du monde du travail artistique contemporain.
