Abstract
Paquito Bernard, titulaire d'une Chaire Professeur Junior Inserm, à l'Institut recherche en santé, environnement et Travail (Rennes) présentera son parcours de chercheur. Après avoir été Enseignant en Activité Physique Adaptée, et complété une formation à la recherche en STAPS, il a travaillé 10 ans dans le domaine de la recherche au Canada avant de revenir en France. Initialement, ses travaux se concentraient sur des interventions de changement de comportement pour des personnes avec une maladie chronique (ex. cancer du sein) et les effets de l'activité physique sur la santé mentale. Ces dernières années, il a progressivement porté son intérêt sur l'impact du changement climatique sur l'activité physique, le sommeil et la santé mentale. Son intervention lui permettra de présenter son parcours, ses succès et échecs en recherche, sa manière de collaborer et construire des projets multidisciplinaires en santé.
