Abstract
Quel est le discours du Cadre de référence de la compétence numérique concernant la communication ? Ce chapitre entend répondre à cette question. Il montre que le Cadre revendique une perspective résolument pragmatique et éthique de la communication. L’usage du terme « stratégie » dans son discours apparait toutefois contradictoire avec cette posture. De plus, la perspective défendue ne se traduit en aucune proposition pédagogique claire et réaliste pour les personnes enseignantes. En revanche, le Cadre offre un tableau illustrant une progression des apprentissages en matière de « littératie communicationnelle numérique », féconde pour l’évaluation des effets de l’éducation aux médias.
