Abstract

La quatrième dimension du Cadre de référence de la compétence numérique du Québec vise à développer et mobiliser la culture informationnelle. Or, ce document ministériel et son pendant, le Continuum, souffrent d’un manque de détails dans la définition de cette culture en plus de la concentrer entre les mains de l’individu. Ce chapitre analyse donc les diverses zones d’ombres informationnelles dans ladite compétence numérique, souligne l’absence de la collectivité dans l’édification de la culture informationnelle, pour enfin proposer une typologie des approches de son développement selon les personnes concernées, la régulation mise en oeuvre et les méthodes pour la faire progresser.
