This file documents the founding manifesto of the School of the One Effect, a new philosophical and architectural movement established by Abdurhman Salameh. The manifesto emphasizes slowness as an existential value, the single detail as the axis of experience, and the inner human effect as a living memory within space. It serves as both a philosophical declaration and a legal reference, establishing the school as an independent entity in architecture, art, and daily life.
