Abstract
Om de natuur te verbeteren en ruimte te geven aan economische activiteiten, beoogt het kabinet de stikstofuitstoot te verlagen in verschillende sectoren, waaronder de industrie-, landbouw-, verkeer-en vervoersector.Door het kabinet zijn verschillende bronmaatregelen aangekondigd om de stikstofuitstoot door de landbouw te verlagen, waaronder enkele beëindigingsregelingen voor veehouderijlocaties.Dit zijn subsidieregelingen voor veehouders die willen stoppen met hun bedrijf of een locatie van hun bedrijf.Het ministerie van Landbouw, Visserij, Voedselzekerheid en Natuur (LVVN) werkt in 2025 aan een nieuwe brede beëindigingsregeling.Een subsidieregeling moet voldoen aan de Europese regelgeving omtrent staatsteun.
