Cette thèse explore la dynamique entre les parlements et la recherche scientifique en France, Suisse et Canada. Après l'analyse de l'impact des structures parlementaires et politiques sur la recherche scientifique, elle s'intéresse à la façon dont les parlements interagissent avec les institutions scientifiques et influencent les politiques scientifiques. L'étude compare les approches des différentes Etats examinant les variations dans les relations parlementaires avec la science. Elle met en lumière l'importance des cadres institutionnels et politiques dans la facilitation ou l'entrave de ces interactions, en se concentrant sur les liens formels et informels entre les parlements et les institutions scientifiques.
