Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study aims to evaluate the rate of photosynthesis and seed filling in six genotypes of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor [L.] Moench). The research was conducted in the Integrated Field Laboratory, with starch content testing carried out at the Agricultural Product Quality Testing Laboratory. The research period was from June 2021 to October 2022. The study was structured using a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with two replications as groups or blocks and six treatments. The treatments used in this research were six genotypes of sorghum, namely Numbu, Bioguma-1, Pahat, Samurai-2, Samurai-1, and Kawali. Data analysis was performed using RStudio software. The results showed that the genotype with the highest flag leaf photosynthesis rate at 9 weeks after planting (WAP) was Pahat, while the lowest was Numbu. At 13 WAP, the genotype with the highest flag leaf photosynthesis rate was Samurai-2, and the lowest was Bioguma-1. The genotype with the highest photosynthesis rate of the leaf below the flag leaf at 9 WAP was Samurai-1, while the lowest was Numbu. Conversely, at 13 WAP, the genotype with the highest photosynthesis rate of the leaf below the flag leaf was Samurai-1, and the lowest was Pahat. The seed filling rates from highest to lowest in the period 20-25 days after pollination (DAP) were Samurai-1, Samurai-2, Bioguma-1, Pahat, Kawali, and Numbu. Keywords: Genotype, photosynthesis rate, seed filling rate.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
