Abstract
Untersucht werden vor allem folgende Aspekte des französischsprachigen politischen Chansons in Quebec von 1760 bis 1840: Funktion und theoretische Grundlagen, Entwicklung (soziologischer Ansatz); Ästhetik, insbesondere in Bezug auf die verwendeten Melodien; Revolutions- und Utopieinhalte (Ideologischer Ansatz). Ziel der Arbeit ist es zu zeigen, dass die seit dem Jahrhundert der Aufklärung verbreiteten politischen Utopien im Chanson Quebecs aufgenommen und auf eine eigene Art verarbeitet werden. Der Arbeit liegt eine deutschsprachige Zusammenfassung bei.
