Abstract
Resolves that the faculty prepare bridge and/or cap course proposals to transition from quarter sequences to semester sequences once the corresponding semester sequences are approved by the Academic Senate; and it further resolves that bridge and/or cap courses be developed and approved by the end of Fall 2025; and it also resolves that the bridge and/or cap courses be published outside of the regular academic catalog and be available only from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027—after which they will be deactivated; and it further resolves that departments that choose not to create bridge and cap courses should utilize advising and student outreach to ensure that students with partially completed quarter course sequences are informed about which semester courses are required to complete the sequence; and further resolves that the Academic Senate approve the attached 'Guidelines for the Creation and Review of Bridge and Cap Courses for Semester Conversion.'

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
