Abstract
L’objectiu del present Projecte de construcció és la definició de les obres que s’han de dur a terme per a realitzar una nova variant del actual GE-604 pertanyent al municipi de Vilajuïga. La nova variant té com a característica principal, comparant-ne amb l’actual, la de discórrer per fora del nucli urbà de Vilajuïga. Es manté però l’actual carretera GE-604, realitzant els condicionaments corresponents, amb l’objectiu de permetre a la circulació passar per l’interior del nucli urbà. Amb aquesta nova construcció es pretén, a més de millorar la seguretat i funcionalitat de la conducció en aquest tram, potenciar l’activitat econòmica i millorar la qualitat de vida de la població. Alhora, es projecta una nova connexió entre la nova variant i la carretera local de Vilajuïga a Marzà mitjançant una rotonda. S’han estudiat a més a més les interseccions, entre la nova variant i l’actual carretera GE-604.
