Abstract

groupes pour les variables EMG, tandis que des tests de Shapiro-Wilk ont t raliss pour les variables cinmatiques.Des analyses de corrlation de Spearman ont t effectues entre les variables EMG (RMS et centrode) et les scores des questionnaires biopsychosociaux.Rsultats: Les participants atteints de LCP ont une redistribution spatiale de l'activit musculaire du ct gauche lors des deux phases de la monte, ainsi que pendant la phase d'envol de la descente comparativement au groupe contrle.Une augmentation des amplitudes de l'activit musculaire a t observe de manire bilatrale chez les participants LCP, comparativement au groupe contrle, pour toutes les tches et phases, l'exception de la phase de support de la descente.Aucune diffrence significative de la cinmatique du tronc n'a t observe entre les groupes.Aucune relation significative n'a t trouve entre la distribution de l'activit musculaire et les facteurs psychologiques. Conclusion:Ces rsultats suggrent que les personnes atteintes de LCP prsentent des stratgies neuromusculaires altres lors de la monte et descente d'escalier, une tche fonctionnelle modrment exigeante.
