El presente trabajo tiene como fin el desarrollo de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación del restaurante temático de futbol "C&E" en el municipio de Jamundí, Valle del Cauca, para el año 2019. La diferenciación con respecto a los demás restaurantes tradicionales del municipio de Jamundí, Valle del Cauca, consiste en una propuesta innovadora como lo es un restaurante temático de fútbol, en el que la decoración y la temática juegan un papel muy importante, puesto que esto es lo que permitirá diferenciarse de la competencia dentro del mercado. Esto se debe a que actualmente dentro del municipio no hay un restaurante que tenga una temática específica o alusiva al fútbol.
