Abstract
En la sede de Sanidad Militar en Ibagué, se presenta un desafío significativo en relación con el impacto económico de las glosas médicas en la población discapacitada durante el segundo trimestre de 2023. La aparición de estas glosas plantea preguntas sobre la eficacia en la gestión administrativa y financiera de la institución, así como sobre la calidad de la atención médica proporcionada a este grupo vulnerable de la sociedad. Este escenario demanda una investigación detallada para comprender mejor los factores que contribuyen a la aparición de las glosas y desarrollar estrategias efectivas para abordar este problema, asegurando así una atención médica óptima y equitativa para la población discapacitada atendida por la Sanidad Militar en Ibagué.
