Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, evaluar la percepción de la calidad de la atención en salud que tiene los usuarios del servicio de consulta externa, de la IPS Horisoes del municipio de Florencia, Caquetá. Materiales y métodos: Estudio descriptivo, de corte transversal el cual establece la percepción de la calidad de la atención en salud de los pacientes que reciben atención en el servicio de consulta externa de la IPS Horisoes S.A.S durante el último trimestre del año 2018. De acuerdo con los indicadores del instrumento PECASUSS, los pacientes percibieron elementos de la IPS importantes en la calidad de la atención en salud: infraestructura cuidada y aseada, comodidad en la sala de espera, amabilidad por parte del personal de la IPS y alta capacidad resolutiva ante sus inquietudes; La percepción global de la calidad de la atención en salud indica que los usuarios se perciben satisfechos con el servicio y desearían regresar a esta IPS.
