Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article draws on archival sources, newspaper archives, cartography and bibliography from various fields to present the background and development of “estación del Mármol” project in the significant agricultural and livestock municipality of Hinojosa del Duque, located in the north of the province of Córdoba (southern Spain), where coal and lead exploitation had shaped a railway network that barely met its needs. To address this situation, in 1904-1908Hinojosa headed a formal proposal to construct a new railway line that did not attract the interest of railway companies. Since then, the municipality demanded the construction of a new station on the Almorchón-Belmez line, known as “estación del Mármol”. However, the project failed due to a lack of financial support during the periods of MZA (Madrid-Zaragoza-Alicante Railway Company) and later RENFE (Spanish National Railway Network).Paradoxically, confusion arising during the Spanish Civil War allowed the toponyms of "estación del Mármol" to persist in numerous publications and maps.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
