Ce documentaire pédagogique retrace le cheminement d'équipes éducatives engagées dans les cycles d'apprentissage, dans l'enseignement préscolaire et primaire au Grand-duché de Luxembourg. L'approche de ces enseignants traduit le souci de placer l'enfant au coeur des apprentissages. Pour ce faire, ils multiplient les stratégies (différenciation, évaluation formative, autonomie des élèves, travail d'équipe, partenariats, ...). Ce film est destiné à toutes les personnes qui sont concernées par le monde de l'éducation : enseignants, parents, formateurs, conseillers pédagogiques, directeurs, inspecteurs, responsables politiques, ...
