Abstract
Esta pesquisa trata da relação entre as ocupações informais do Distrito Federal (DF) e o direito à água e ao saneamento e por meio da visão ecossistêmica da saúde busca aproximar a saúde primária das agendas política e social das cidades em nível local baseada nos princípios da Carta de Ottawa para Cidades Saudáveis, a Agenda 2030 e a Carta Aberta do ONDAS. Tem como objetivo gerar estudos e mapear as ocupações informais e irregulares nas unidades hidrográficas e respectivas Regiões Administrativas do DF com propostas de dimensionamento para o suprimento hídrico no formato de padrões espaciais de infraestrutura ecológica baseados em Andrade (2014), tendo como estudo de caso a Unidade Hidrográfica do Médio Rio Descoberto em Ceilândia. Foram sistematizados padrões espaciais globais e locais com Soluções baseadas na Natureza no nível da paisagem e da comunidade no âmbito da bacia hidrográfica e medidas de suprimento emergencial de água em uma abordagem transescalar.
