Abstract
En esta tesis se comparten los resultados de una investigación sociológica en la que se evaluaron los usos y las representaciones sociales de las tecnologías (sistemas de registro, mensajería, redes sociales, sitios web) en los espacios de atención a la población del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social (MIDES) y del Ministerio de Ganadería, Agricultura y Pesca (MGAP). [...] El relevamiento se desarrolló entre mayo y setiembre de 2016 e incluyó: encuestas a trabajadores de Oficinas Territoriales del MIDES y Centros de Atención Ministerial del MGAP; entrevistas a mandos altos, medios y bajos de las organizaciones; revisión documental; observación de redes sociales y portales.
