Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The bibliometric analysis of the terms «health care», «medical assistance», «medical services», and «public health» indicates a significant increase in publication activity, driven by the development of international scientific cooperation, the digitalization of medicine, and current challenges in the field of public health. A particularly notable surge in interest has been observed since 2020, as scientific research increasingly focuses on issues of state regulation, disease prevention, and the resilience of health systems. The United States, the United Kingdom, China, India, Canada, and Australia demonstrate the highest publication activity, forming the core of international scientific cooperation and setting the leading directions of research. European countries create a dense network of partnerships, while Asian and Latin American states are actively strengthening their scientific potential. The obtained results confirm that health care is currently viewed as a multilevel socio-managerial system.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
