Evaluar la efectiviad de las estrategiaws par el cumplimiento del Plan Instituciona de Archivos (PINAR) 2020 y los "Mecanismos para mejorar la Transparencia, de acceso a la información pública del PAAC 2020”, propuestos por la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá -ESP en la dimensión de Información y Comunicación, para la implementación del Plan General Estratégico 2020-2024 durante el cuarto trimestre del 2020, en el marco de la declaratoria de emergencia por la pandemia del COVID-19.
