Abstract
Aquest treball de fi de grau analitza detalladament la responsabilitat contractual del transportista al contracte aeri internacional de passatgers, amb especial atenció als casos d'accidents ia la problemàtica concreta de la denegació d'embarcament. Des d'una perspectiva jurídica, s'estudia l'evolució normativa des del sistema de Varsòvia fins al Conveni de Montreal, així com la integració del marc europeu (Reglament CE 261/2004 i Reglament CE 1107/2006) i la seva aplicació pràctica a Espanya. Tot això configura una estructura legal que cerca harmonitzar els drets dels passatgers amb les obligacions de les aerolínies.
