Introduction : La grille Calgary Cambridge (GCG) est un outil pédagogique validé pour l'acquisition des compétences communicationnelles de l'entrevue médicale par les étudiants en médecine. Parce qu'il permet la simultanéité des regards entre le patient et le médecin, le médium bande dessinée (BD) est un outil pertinent pour l'acquisition des compétences communicationnelles en santé. Objectifs : L'objectif principal est d'évaluer la compréhension de la structure d'une planche en BD sur l'item 1: Préparer la rencontre de la GCG. Les deux objectifs secondaires sont d'évaluer la perception de la pertinence de cette planche par les médecins pour l'acquisition de compétences, et de recueillir des propositions d'améliorations. Méthodes: Entretiens semi-directifs auprès de médecins généralistes et d'étudiants de 3ème cycle en médecine générale. Triangulation des retranscriptions anonymisées avec saturation des données. Résultats : La structure de la planche BD est bien comprise par les médecins généralistes et les étudiants en 3ème cycles en médecine générale. L'initiative de la BD est appréciée comme un outil complémentaire de la CGC grâce à son apport simultanée d'image et de texte. Conclusion: La bande dessinée est un outil pédagogique qui semble pertinent pour l'acquisition des compétences communicationnelles en santé. La perception des critères de qualité décrits dans la planche BD devra être étudiée dans un prochain travail.
