Abstract
Представлены результаты эмпирического исследования, предметом которого была взаимосвязь алекситимии и резилиентности в период средней взрослости. Выборку исследования (n=102) составили 84 (82,4%) женщины и 18 (17,6%) мужчин в возрасте от 25 до 50 лет (М = 37,89, SD = 6,4). Для сбора данных были использованы Торонтская шкала алекситимии TAS-20-R (Toronto Alexithymia Scale) и Шкала резилиентности CD-RISC-25 Коннор-Девидсона (Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale). Гипотеза о существовании отрицательной взаимосвязи между алекситимией и резилиентностью индивидов периода средней взрослости была подтверждена
