Este plan de negocios quiere mostrar un proyecto de emprendimiento el cual está centralizado en un mercado como lo es la pulpa de champa (Campomanesia lineatifolia) siendo una fruta con un valor nutricional importante en vitaminas B1,B2 y C así como Calcio, Hierro y Fosforo este fruto es originario del municipio de Miraflores, Boyacá y de la región de Lengupa, esta región está ubicado a 4 horas y 49 minutos en carro de la ciudad de Bogotá, esta fruta en años anteriores se daba en cualquier parte del municipio, después de un tiempo organizaciones campesinas comenzaron a comercializarlo en la región por su rico y exótico sabor. Este trabajo elabora un plan de negocios para la comercialización de la fruta chamba (Campomanesia lineatifolia) e, esto se llevará a cabo como una solución para el despulpe de la fruta y ver su futura comercialización en la ciudad de Bogotá, colocando una planta despulpadora en el municipio de Miraflores donde se realiza la compra del fruto, la limpieza de este, el despulpado y su empaquetado para posteriormente colocarlo en la cadena de frio y seguir el proceso logístico. En el trabajo se encontrará un análisis financiero y de mercadeo para observar la viabilidad del proyecto, como la inversión, personal que se requiere, su punto de equilibrio y la tasa de retorno.
