Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa Mehiläisen lasten toimintaterapeuttien perehdytykseen yhtenäinen ja helposti hyödynnettävä videopaketti viidestä yleisesti käytetystä arviointimenetelmästä. Valikoidut menetelmät olivat Sensory Processing Measure (SPM), Miller Function & Participation Scales (M-FUN), Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration, Sixth Edition (Beery-VMI), Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency, Second Edition (BOT-2) sekä sensomotoristen perusvalmiuksien kliininen havainnointi. Toimeksiannon taustalla vaikutti tarve sujuvoittaa ja yhdenmukaistaa perehdytystä, koska menetelmäkohtaista tietoa on paljon ja perehdytyksen taso vaihtelevaa. Toimeksiantajana toimi Mehiläisen terapiaklinikka, ja tuotokset liitettiin organisaation sisäiseen Moodle-ympäristöön. Teoreettisena viitekehyksenä hyödynnettiin toimintaterapian arvioinnin keskeisiä malleja, kuten Model of Human Occupation (MOHO) ja Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement (CMOP-E), sensorisen integraation teoriaa sekä kehityspsykologisia näkemyksiä, joihin kuuluvat Jean Piaget’n kognitiivisen kehityksen teoria ja Lev Vygotskin sosiokulttuurinen teoria.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
