Abstract
S’inscrivant dans le cadre de la pragmatique variationnelle, la présente étude a pour objectif de documenter les normes pragmalinguistiques du français québécois qui sont mobilisées lors de la formulation de requêtes dans des situations d’offre de service présentant divers degrés d’imposition. Elle s’appuie sur des productions de locuteurs du français québécois L1 qui ont répondu à un questionnaire discursif oral. Les données transcrites, puis analysées à l’aide de la méthode d’analyse de Blum-Kulka et al. (1989) et de Bardovi-Harlig (2009), mettent en exergue la variation observée au sein de la réalisation de l’acte directeur ainsi que de la nature et de la quantité de modificateurs internes et externes, en fonction du degré d’imposition.
