Abstract
Pada 13 Mac 2009 yang lalu, Fakulti Pengurusan Maklumat, UiTM Sarawak dengan kerjasama Persatuan Pengurusan Maklumat (INFORMS) telah mengadakan satu perjumpaan khas bersempena lawatan sulung akademik Profesor Edie Rasmussen daripada Universiti British Columbia, Kanada selaku Audit Luaran ke universiti ini. Perjumpaan khas ini adalah untuk memberi peluang kepada Profesor Edie Rasmussen berkongsi pengalaman, pengetahuan dan kemahiran beliau dalam bidang vang diceburi kepada para pensyarah dan para pelajar Fakulti Pengurusan Maklumat. Selain itu, Profesor Edie Rasmussen turut diiringi oleh pensyarah dan ahli jawatankuasa INFORMS melawat ke Perpustakaan dan Galeri Korporat.
